Usually I would unbox my Birchbox in a Battle of the Beauty Boxes over on my YouTube channel but I don't really have time to do that right now as my life is so hectic at the moment! So, I really do hope that this post is just as good!

This month the box was the regular design. I reuse these boxes to keep my large amounts of stationery in.
The theme of this box was Away We Go and aimed to prepare us for any little getaways we have coming up! (which they did very well as everything in Birchbox is already conveniently travel sized ;D)
All of our products came in this very sweet travel makeup pouch opposed to the usual fabric bag they give us. I'm glad of this for three reasons. One) I have accumulated way too many of their fabric bags!
Two) This is waterproof
3) It is clear so it is perfect to use as your carry on makeup bag when you are at the air port.
Supergoop! Daily Correct SPF 35 CC Cream
Full size: £32
Calculated price of sample: £4.09
As soon as I opened my box, I decided to put this on. I absolutely adore this product. It is just like a foundation and primer in one! Good sample size as well - super glad they sent me two! My only problem is that it isn't all too Self-Adjusting as the shade claims to be. However, that is probably because I am incredibly pale so it's hard to even find a regular foundation pale enough.
Number 4 Super Comb Prep & Protect
Full size: £20
Calculated price of sample: £2.99
Being a girl who is always straightening her hair, it's very nice to try any kind of conditioning leave-in spray that will protect my hair against heat damage! I am very excited to try this product. I am going to save it for my trip to London as it is the perfect travel size!
Wild About Beauty - Creme Eyeshadow 01 Olivia
Full size: £13
This is a lovely shade! It is the exact colour I used to wear in 2013 but in a higher end formula. I put this on as soon as I opened it. I found it easier to apply using my finger as opposed to using a brush. It goes on lovely and is very pigmented but I found it to crease very easily so I think from now on I will just use it as a highlighter for the inner corners of my eye.
One problem I had was not with the product but with Birchbox. My card told me that I would be recieving the Chella Highlighter Pencil which I did not and recieved this instead. I am still happy with this product but I would have preferred to not have to look for it on the Birchbox website in order to find out more about it.
Nude Progenius Omega Treatment Oil™
Full size: £58
Calculated price of sample: £9.67
I am always scared of putting oils on my face as I'm scared of encountering breakouts. So, I probably won't reach for this very often. I do go through periods of time where I get very dry skin though so I may use this then. However, it isn't something I would usually buy. But, I guess that is what Birchbox is for: to try things you wouldn't usually think to buy.
Vasanti Brightenup! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator
Full size: £26
Calculated price of sample: £4.33
I would like to apologise for the table being clearer than the product in the photo but we all make mistakes! This product seems to just be a hyped up face scrub. I am so pleased to have this as I have been looking for a face scrub for the past few weeks. I've had my eye on the tea tree one from The Body Shop but now I won't have to spend any extra pennies as I have this. Plus, it has a higher rrp so it must be better (I hope)!
The lifestyle extra from this box was a sample chapter from the book The Proposal by Tasmina Perry. I thought this was such a cute idea as everybody needs a book when they go on holiday!
Admittedly, I'm not a fan of the cover as I'm fed up of seeing decapitated women on the front of books but the sample chapter did have a lovely writing style.
I probably won't be buying it as I have so many books to read but I really do like that Birchbox have sent this and I hope they carry on to send more!

Overall, I really enjoyed this box and will probably use all of the products I was sent.
The total value of this box was £34.08 A step down from the previous two months but still almost triple the price paid for the box!

Unfortunately this is likely to be my last Birchbox unboxing for a while as I am having to save up all the extra pennies I can for university and I am just becoming overloaded with samples! Hopefully I will resubscribe to Birchbox as soon as possible!
I will still be recieving the August and September box (due to saved up glossydots) of Glossybox so please stick around to read about those!
